We specialise in Performance Tuning & European Towbars & auto electrics. We are experiencing phenomenal growth and we’re now ready to welcome a new Sales Professional to our state-of-the-art offices. Help is available and decisions are made fast on our weekly meetings.

We welcome motivated candidates who are passionate & motivated to deliver results to our clients and earn extra money through weekly KPIs. On the job Training is part of our induction and is delivered daily.

Our phone lines are red hot with inquiries. CRM is bursting at seams.

Qualifications & experience

• Highly motivated and passionate about delivering sales performance.

• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Desire to succeed in a competitive industry.
• Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive go get them attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Proven ability to build positive professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM experience desired.
• Relevant Business or Marketing qualification.
• Strong IT Skills to support E-Commerce.
• Technical background a benefit. 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Sales of Premium European Towbars & Services.
• Sales of Performance Chip Tuning.
• CRM Sales &  Management.
• Working closely with the team.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Retail & Trade Relationship building.
• Liaising between manufacturer & suppliers.
• Developing marketing strategies.
• Good Social Media skills.
• Meeting & exceeding KPIs weekly to reach OTE.
• Ability to work under pressure.

On offer is a starting package of around $65K including super, PLUS a very lucrative incentive scheme taking the right person up around $85K pretty easily, ...plus still other bonuses that become available after our training / qualifying period for the right person. All this for a normal five day week and only daylight hours, no after 5:30 pm work.
