An E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an online store, including product listings, website maintenance, order processing, customer service, and marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving online sales and achieving business goals across the e-commerce platform. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management:
    • Create and maintain accurate product listings on the online store, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels. 
    • Update product information regularly to reflect changes in stock availability, pricing, or promotions. 
    • Manage product categories and navigation on the website for optimal user experience. 
  • Website Management:
    • Monitor and maintain the e-commerce website, ensuring functionality and resolving technical issues. 
    • Implement website updates and design changes as needed. 
    • Optimize website performance for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic. 
  • Order Processing:
    • Process online orders efficiently, including order confirmation, payment processing, and shipping coordination. 
    • Manage order fulfillment and inventory tracking. 
    • Address customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns. 
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels (email, phone, live chat). 
    • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. 
    • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales. 
    • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and increase brand awareness. 
    • Create email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote special offers. 
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data. 
    • Analyze customer behavior and identify trends to inform future marketing strategies. 
    • Generate reports on e-commerce performance to share with stakeholders. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
