DELIVERY INFORMATION & IN STORE PICK UP

IMPORTANT: Please note, due to Covid-19 pandemic situation and the impact on the supply chain, there may be delays on certain products. This may include but is not limited to incoming stock transfers and courier delivery times.

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

In order to be as cost effective as possible, we use a range of courier companies and postal services depending on your location, item weight & size and cost of item.

These include companies such as Australia Post, Startrack, Fedex & Fastway couriers.

Please only enter Valid and complete street addresses, failure to do so may result in delivery delays or parcels going missing. Australia Towbars & Performance will not accept any liability for lost freight due to invalid street address information.

SHIPPING FEES & CHARGES:

At Australia Towbars & Performance we always strive to offer the best deal possible to our clients.

We have different set fees for smaller from $25 (wiring harnesses +-1-2kgs) and heavier bulky items from $108.00 (towbars +-30kg)

Shipping fees can be calculated in the shopping cart and at checkout.

NOTE: Please note our website applies standard prices for shipping to main cities across Australia. For shipping to regional areas we might ask you for additional payment. Prices vary depending on regional area.

DELIVERY:

Deliveries made by Courier (Towbars, wiring kits, Bike racks etc) cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant of the address specified on the delivery note.

If no one is available to sign, a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the depot. You will then be responsible for collecting your order from that depot and you may incur additional charges for re-delivery by the courier company.

We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether business or home to minimize delays and/or further fees.

On receiving your order, please check the items match your invoice. If you have been incorrectly supplied an item, please contact us and we will rectify the issue for you ASAP.

PICK-UP:

We do not offer in store pick up as we are based in Maroochydore city centre and the towbars are stored off-site at a Logistics warehouse due to their weights & dimensions.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES:

If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photographs of all damaged items and packaging and send to us within 48hrs of the delivery date using this return form.

SAME DAY DESPATCH:

On selected items, same day despatch can be arranged if orders are placed before 12:00pm.

DISPATCH & HANDLING TIMES:

At Australia Towbars & Performance, all in-stock items ordered are advertised to be despatched within 1-3 business days of order being placed.

Whilst we strive to meet this target, on occasion this may not be the case due to factors beyond our control.

If you require an item urgently, please contact our friendly staff and we will be able to provide you with a more precise dispatch & shipping time.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order is despatched, Australia Towbars & Performance will issue you an email with the tracking details.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

Dispatch and delivery time is subject to stock availability. If an item is in stock it is shown on the website as “same day despatch”.

If an item is not in stock, it is shown as  “Out of stock” - Dispatched in 7-14 business days

If you are unsure, please check with our friendly sales team for a better indication on delivery times.

PART SHIPMENTS:

Majority of orders with multiple items are combined into one shipment. On occasion, one or more of the items may not be in stock and shipped at a later date when the stock arrives.

If this happens, tracking numbers will be supplied for split shipments.

Please be aware the delivery estimates may be delayed due to Covid-19 impact on Australia’s freight Network.
